2021 was another exciting year for digital content that focused on familiar topics, as well as new ones driven by our new hybrid work life. Although we truly enjoy every project we work on for our clients, there are always a few extra-memorable ones that come to mind when reflecting on the year. From our animators, to our front-end designers, here is a list of our favorite projects from 2021!

My favorite project that I worked on this year was artwork for a video-only. This was my first time designing a video that was focused on a partner’s unique key offerings and solutions so it was really exciting to see how the animation brought my design to life. I really enjoyed the colors and the clean look of their brand.

Working on the Anexinet Managed Service video, in addition to being a very well-paced and thought-out piece of content, gave me an opportunity to experiment with more expressive character animation. It pushed me to give the characters and set pieces an extra spark of life.

This project I worked on for Storcom was one of my favorites this year. I loved the playful nature of the boating theme that the client requested. It enabled me to develop some fun artwork and depth perspective to help cary the readers eye through the piece.

This project had some areas where I was able to work in some really fun transitions between icons and scenes. That’s always important to me to help my videos flow better and feel more enjoyable to watch!

This project was fairly different from the usual infographics and videos we do, described as ‘editorial-style magazine ads’ to be hung as posters in the client’s office. Being able to both create a character as well as more stand-alone illustrations was super fun for me.

Any opportunity to incorporate pets into a client’s project is automatically a favorite for me! Creating this infographic for ISG gave me creative freedom to use modern, abstract shapes paired with lots of colorful illustrations to highlight our new work from home lifestyle.

This project is one of my favorites because it has so many different scenes and it really allowed me to go overboard with different types of animation! This whole video also had a main character and had many different background characters which allowed me to show off my character animation skills. I feel this video is a great example of my growth as an animator throughout the years!
